基于醇酮混合溶液氟碳纳米晶体材料的制备及工艺优化研究

【摘要】 以醇酮混合溶液为反应溶剂,以氟橡胶为主要原料成功制备了氟碳纳米晶体材料,并采用正交试验方法对其制备工艺进行了优化研究。以氟碳纳米晶体材料的产率为评价标准,对反应物、反应溶剂和反应温度进行分析,结果发现NaOH是影响产率的最主要因素。通过优化工艺条件得出最佳的工艺条件:m(氟橡胶):m(NaOH)=2:3,温度为65℃,产率达93.5%以上。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对所制备的氟碳纳米晶体材料的形貌、晶粒大小和红外吸收特性进行了研究,结果表明,材料为纳米晶体,晶粒大小为80~100nm,在中远红外区有较强的吸收。

【Abstract】 A novel fluorocarbon nano-crystal material was synthesized in ethanol acetone mix-solution based on the main raw material of fluorubber.The procedure parameters were optimized by validate experiment.The procedure parameters were evaluated by the production rate of the fluorocarbon nano-crystal material.The re- actant,solvent and reaction temperature were optimized by the orthogonal experiment.The results showed that NaOH was the most notable affective factor on the production rate.The ultimate optimum procedure parame- ters were:m(fluorubber):m(NaOH):2/3,temperature:65℃after optimizing the procedure parameters. The production rate was over 93.5%.The micro-image,crystal size and infrared character of the fluorocarbon nano crystal material were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD) and fourier transform infrared spectroscope (FT-IR),and the results showed that the material was nano crystal,the crystal side was between 80 and 100 nm;the material can absorb far and middle infrared.
