【摘要】 利用化学溶液沉积技术(CSD)在玻璃和单晶硅(100)衬底上成功制备出了符合化学计量比的钨酸钙多晶薄膜。采用X射线衍射技术(XRD)分析了薄膜的晶相结构,利用原子力显微镜(AFM)对其表面形貌进行了表征,使用荧光分光光度计测试了薄膜在室温下的发光特征。结果表明,通过化学溶液沉积技术(CSD)可以制备出具有单一四方相白钨矿结构的钨酸钙多晶薄膜,所制备的薄膜表面均匀,晶界清晰明显,并且在室温条件下具有良好的光致发光特性,呈宽带发光,发光波段在蓝光波段,其发射峰在455nm。更多还原

【Abstract】 Polycrystalline calcium tungstate thin films vere successfully prepared on glass and Si（100） substrates by chemical solution deposition（CSD）technique.The structure and the morphology of the thin films were characterized by X-ray diffraction（XRD） and atomic force microscopy（AFM）,respectively.The optical prop- erties were also studies by photoelectric fluorometer.The results indicate that the CaWO₄ thin films having a tetragonal scheelite structure were homogeneous,dense and highly crystallized.The photoluminescence （PL） spectra of the thin film were positioned in a blue region about 455nm at room temperature.更多还原
