碲磷酸盐玻璃中Er3+光学跃迁强度参数对组分的依赖关系

【摘要】 采用熔融淬火方法合成了Er3+掺杂的组分为xNaPO3-(80-x)TeO2-10ZnO-10Na2O(x=0,10,20,30,40.50,60,70,80)的系列玻璃材料,Er3+的摩尔浓度均为1%。测量了玻璃的密度、折射率和吸收光谱。利用标准的Judd-ofelt理论对Er3+在该体系玻璃中光学跃迁性质进行了计算,得到了光学跃迁强度参数Ω2、Ω4和Ω6对玻璃组分的依赖关系。计算结果表明:随着玻璃组分的改变Ω2的变化较大,而Ω4和Ω6的变化较小。
【Abstract】 Er3+-doped several glasses with various composition xNaPO3-(80-x)TeO2-10ZnO-10Na2O (where x =0,10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80) were prepared by a melt-quenching technique.The doping concentration of Er3+ for all the samples is the same as 1 mol %.The densities,refractive indexes for all the samples were ob- tained.The absorption spectra were measured.Based on the Judd-ofelt theory,the optical transition intensity parameters were calculated.It was found thatΩ2 changes greatly with the content of sodium metaphosphate, the other parametersΩ4 andΩ6 are not sensitive to the host composition variation.
