解析降温结晶速率常数的一种新方法(英文)

【摘要】 推导了一种解析降温结晶速率常数的新方法,运用 Monte Carlo 方法模拟 PET 降温结晶过程,并用新方程处理了模拟所得结晶相关数据.结果表明:在 Avrami 指数 n 确定的情况下,将结晶速率常数 K(T)看作 Gaussian 函数时所得的非等温微分方程可以很好的解析降温结晶过程.
【Abstract】 An equation to obtain the rate constant by cooling crystallization was educed.The Monte Carlo method was used to simulate the cooling non-isothermal crystalfization of PET.The data derived from simulated proces~ was dealed with this equation.The result shows that the differential equation for non-isothermal crystallization can be used to analyze the cooling non-isothermal crystallization quite well in case that K(T) is considered to be the Gaussian form and the Avrami exponent n is confirmed.
