碳铵共沉淀法合成LaAlO3粉体材料的研究
Synthesis of LaAlO3 by the coprecipitation method

【摘要】 用碳铵共沉淀法制备 LaAlO3粉体前驱体, 1200℃下烧结,可得到性能稳定的 LaAlO3粉体.经 X 射线衍射分析产物为单相,属具有钙钛矿结构的三角晶系,其 XRD 图谱与 JCPDS 卡84-0848完全一致.采用库尔特 LS-230粒度分析仪对共沉淀法和高温固相法合成的两种粉末样品进行粒度分析,发现共沉淀法合成的样品粒度细且分布均匀.分析了上述两种方法合成的粉末样品的 SEM 照片,发现共沉淀法不仅能降低合成温度,而且可使生成产物结晶均匀,对细化粉体晶粒也有较大作用.
【Abstract】 The LaAlO3 powders with stable properties were prepared at 1200℃ by sintering the LaAlO3 precursor synthesized by the salvolatile coprecipitation method.The results obtained by X-ray diffraction,which is consistent with 84-0848 JCPDS card,show that the all the prepared powders are composed of the single phase with the trigonal structure (Perovskite-type).It can be found by particle size distribution analysis (Coulter LS-230) that the particle size of the samples prepared by the coprecipitation method is finer and more uniform than that of the samples synthesized by the conventional solid state reaction.From the SEM analysis,the synthesis temperature of the samples can be fallen by using of the co-precipitation method;at the same time,the crystallization of the prepared powders is uniform and the crystalline grain is fine.
