载锌辉沸石无机抗菌剂的制备与性能研究

【摘要】 以天然辉沸石为载体,通过载带 Zn2+并对其稳定固化制备了载锌辉沸石无机抗菌剂,对抗菌剂粒度、白度等物理性能与抗菌性、抗菌耐久性和有害气体去除作用等功能性及微观结构特性进行了研究.载锌辉沸石无机抗菌剂平均粒径0.8μm,白度88,在涂料中应用对涂料白度基本无影响;载锌辉沸石无机抗菌剂具有优良的抗菌性和耐久性,浓度700μg/ml 时对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为100%,经热水浸泡12h 后抑菌率仍分别为99%和98.5%;抗菌剂中 Zn2+均匀分布在辉沸石的部分孔道中;辉沸石内部存在较多的空余孔道,从而导致抗菌剂同时具有对有害气体的去除作用.
【Abstract】 Inorganic antibacterial agent by zeolite carrying zinc,using natural zeolite as carrier and carrying Zn2+ and solidifying Zn2+stably in it,had been prepared.The physical properties such as particle size and whiteness,the functional properties such as antibacterial property,durableness and action of eliminating the harmful gases,and the microstructure of inorganic antibacterial agent by zeolite canting zinc were investigated.The average particles size of the inorganic antibacterial agent is 0.8μm,whiteness is 88.The antibacterial agent does not affect the whiteness of the paint adding it.The antibacterial agent has excellent antibacterial property and durableness.The restricting ratio to escherichia coil and staphylococcus are both 100% when the content of the antibacterial agent is 700μg/ml,and the restricting ratio to two bacterium after it dipped in hot water for 12h are 99% and 98.5% respectively.Zn2+ is distributed equably in the part boles of zeolite in the antibacterial agent,and there is much free holes in zeolite. This makes the antibacterial agent possess the function of eliminating the harmful gases at the same time.
