Ni-Ti形状记忆合金爆炸焊接与复合的试验研究

【摘要】 Ni-Ti 形状记忆合金是一种新型的功能材料, 采用传统的高温熔融焊接后,常常改变焊接热影响区的形状记忆功能,严重影响了这一功能材料的应用领域。对于冲击韧性值较低的形状记忆合金,能否实现同种材料的爆炸焊接与异种材料的爆炸复合,并达到其冶金结合,是人们积极探索的一种新方法。采用下限法对形状记忆合金爆炸焊接与复合技术进行了试验研究,并通过增加缓冲板改变常规平行法布药结构,以降低复板运动速度,实现了 Ni-Ti 合金直接结合的最佳爆炸焊接界面和 Ni-Ti 合金与 0Cr18Ni9及黄铜 H62板复合界面的波状结合。
【Abstract】 Shape memory alloys(SMA)of Ni-Ti is a new functional material.But the shape memory function often changes when traditional high-temperature weld is performed and its application is affected greatly.For SMA with low impact toughness,it has been a new method to weld by means of explosive welding of the same material and explosive cladding of the different materials.In this work,SMA explosive welding technology was studied by means of low limit method.By the addition of buffering plate,the common parallel powder-disposing structure is changed so as to lower the movement speed of clad metal sheet.As results,the optimal explosive welding interface of Ni-Ti straight bond and explosive cladding interface of Ni-Ti,0Cr18Ni9 and brass H62 were obtained.
