La0.8Sr0.2Mn1-xCoxO3微波电磁特性与损耗机制
Electromagnetic properties and loss mechanism of La0.8Sr0.2 Mn1-xCox O3 in microwave band

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备 La0.8Sr0.2Mn1-xCoxO3(y =0.12,0.14),用 HP8722型网络分析仪测定样品2~ 18GHz 介电常数、复磁导率、损耗角正切及微波吸收特性曲线,发现 y=0.14,样品厚度为1.8mm,收峰值达到了17dB,10dB 以上吸收带宽达到了3.5GHz。对该材料的电磁损耗机理进行了研究,发现在频率11.2GHz 附近有突变发生,2~11.2GHz 频段损耗主要以介电损耗为主,11.2~18GHz 频段损耗是介电损耗与磁损耗共同作用的结果,其中磁损耗更大一些。
【Abstract】 The experiment of La0.8Sr0.2Mn1-xCoxO3(y=0.12,0.14)were prepared by sol-gel process,and those complex dielectric constant,complex permeability,loss tangent and absorption coefficient in 2-18GHz microwave frequencies were measured and analyzed.The absorption mechanism of material was studied generally.The result shows that y=0.14, thickness 1.8mm there were two absorption peaks;the highest is 17dB and the effective band width of more than 10dB reaches 3.SGHz.The electromagnetic loss parameter increases or decrease suddenly at frequency about 11.2GHz,when the frequency is between 2-11.2GHz,the dielectric loss is the major loss;when the frequency is between 11.2-18GHz dielectric loss and magnetic loss are all avail,but magnetic loss bigger.
