新型湿固化有机硅聚氨酯
Novel moisture-curable polysiloxaneurethanes

【摘要】 将聚乙二醇(PEG)与2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯 (TDI)反应制得一系列不同的聚氨酯预聚体(PU), 经分离提纯并用二正丁胺法,红外、核磁证实了该预聚物结构.将预聚体与双-(γ-三乙氧基硅丙基)胺(DB-520) 反应,制得了具有指定结构的湿固化有机硅聚氨酯 (SPU).对其热性能、吸水率及结晶性等进行了系统研究.实验证明:随 PEG 分子量的增大其耐热性降低, 吸水率增大.该系列 SPU 均为非晶聚合物.
【Abstract】 A series of novel moisture-curable polysiloxaneurethanes(SPU) were prepared from 2,4-toluene diisocyanate(TDI) with,poly(ethylene oxide)(PEG),and bis-[trimethloxysilylpropyl]amine,and the isocyanate-terminated urethane oligomers(PU) were purified by extraction.The structure of urethane oligomers were determined by fitrated the residual NCO group in the system by using di-n-butylamin spectral analysis IR,and HMR.The resulted filmes were characterized using wide-angle X-ray scattering(WAXS),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and water absorption indicated that SPU have amorphous cross-linked network structures;and with increase of Mn of PEG,its thermal stablility reduce,and its water absorption goes up.
