高分散度非晶态NiB/CNTs催化剂制备及其催化加氢性能
Preparation of well-dispersed NiB amorphous alloy supported carbon nanotubes and its catalytic hydrogenation performance

【摘要】 利用苯胺、曲拉通分别对氨气热处理的碳纳米管进一步功能化,修饰碳纳米管表面,促进碳纳米管分散.采用超声波辅助的浸渍-化学还原法制备非晶态 NiB/CNTs 合金催化剂,平均粒径为14nm、10nm 的非晶态 NiB 颗粒均匀分布在苯胺、曲拉通处理的碳纳米管表面.苯胺、曲拉通功能化处理使催化剂的 Ni 负载量分别提高了10.4%、14.6%,同时提高了催化剂的乙炔加氢活性和乙烯选择性.将苯胺和曲拉通的处理效果比较,发现无论是 NiB 颗粒的分散度还是催化剂的加氢性能,曲拉通处理的效果明显优于苯胺.
【Abstract】 The ammonia heat-treated carbon nanotubes were functionalized by aniline and Triton x-100 respectively,to modify the surface of nanotubes and to improve the dispersion of nanotubes.NiB/CNTs amorphous alloy catalyst was prepared by impregnation-chemical reduction method with the aid of ultrasonic bath.Results of TEM showed that NiB particles with the mean size of 14nm/10nm were well dispersed on the surface of aniline/Triton x-100 functionalized nanombes.Nickel loading of NiB/CNTs catalyst increased by 10.4%/14.6%,through functionalization nanotubes with aniline/Triton x-100.Furthermore,the acetylene conversion and the ethylene selectivity of NiB catalyst supported on functionalized CNTs were also enhanced during the acetylene selective hydrogenation.Among above two methods,the effects of functionalization nanotubes with Triton x-100 were better than those with aniline,whether the dispersion or the catalytic performance of NiB amorphous alloy.
