水热法制备磷酸铁/碳纳米电缆
Hydrothermal synthesis of uniform iron-phosphates/C nanocables

【摘要】 以抗坏血酸、氯化亚铁和次亚磷酸钠为原料, 采用一步水热法制备了以磷酸铁为芯、含碳化合物为壳的磷酸铁/碳纳米电缆,通过 XRD、FTIR、SEM 和 TEM 等手段对产物的成分和结构进行了表征,对选定条件下磷酸铁/碳纳米电缆的生长机理进行了探讨,获得了水热制备磷酸铁/碳纳米电缆的最佳实验条件。
【Abstract】 Uniform iron-phosphates/C coaxial nanocables with iron-phosphates (FePOs) nanowires as cores and carbonaceous matter as shells were synthesized via a one-step hydrothermal method using vitamin C (VC) as carbon source.XRD,FTIR,SEM and TEM were used to characterize the products.The formation mechanism of the nanocables was studied and the optical experimental conditions were found for the hydrothermal synthesis of uniform iron-phosphates/C nanocables.
