多方向生长碳纳米纤维的催化燃烧制备

【摘要】 介绍一种简单的合成具有多方向生长结构的碳纳米纤堆的工艺.谊工艺采用甲醇作为碳源,在铜基底上,以硝酸镍作为催化剂先体,经甲醇催化燃烧分解直接合成该结构材料,而无需任何模板。通过扫描电子显微镜的表征,不同分支结构的碳纳米纤维被合成。透射电子显微镜的结果表明,该样品具有较好的微结构。
【Abstract】 A simple synthesis technique for direct synthesis of multi-directionaUy grown carbon nanofibers had been depicted using methanol catalytic combustion technique at room temperature without using any template substrate.The precursor gas used was methanol,which provide carbon source necessary for the formation of the multiple-directional carbon nanofibers and reaction conditions necessary for synthesis of the multi-directional grown carbon nanofibers. Copper plate was used as the substrate and nickel nitrate as the precursor.Scanning electron microscopy characterization clearly shows the multi-directional structures.The composition of catalyst was analyzed by the energy dispersion X-ray spectroscopy.Transmission electron microscopy examination indicates the CNF have a good microstructure.
