种子乳液聚合法改性纳米TiO2及其表征

【摘要】 采用种子乳液聚合法对纳米 TiO2进行表面改性,将甲基丙烯酸甲酯包覆在纳米 TiO2表面,形成 TiO2/PMMA 复合粒子.采用 FT-IR、XRD、XPS、TEM 和激光粒度等分析手段对所得产物的形貌、尺寸、所携带官能团及表面元素变化情况进行了表征.结果表明复合粒子呈现核壳结构,粒子的粒径分布、团聚现象和分散性都得到改善。
【Abstract】 Surface modification of nano-TiO2 was realized via seed emulsion polymerization.Poly (methyl methacrylate)/ titanium dioxide (TiO2/PMMA) composite particles were prepared by coating methyl methacrylate on the surface of nano-TiO2 particles.The morphology,size and structure,surface functional groups and surface elements of the particles were characterized by FT-IR (Fourier-transform infrared spectra),XRD (X-ray diffraction),XPS(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy),TEM(transmission electron microscopy) and laser particle size.The result showed that the composite particles had a core-shell structure and the accumulation,size distribution and dispersion were all improved.
