纳米CeO2的反相微乳法制备和表征

【摘要】 通过一种简单的2-乙基己基磺基琥珀酸钠 (AOT)-正辛烷-水微乳液体系成功的制得了纳米 CeO2·利用激光粒径分布仪、X 射线衍射仪(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和傅立叶转换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)表征了所得样品的结构。初步研究了纳米 CeO2形成的机理。结果表明,实验所得纳米 CeO2的粒径分布均匀;纳米 CeO2前驱体表明吸附有表面活性剂 AOT,这有利于纳米粒子的分散;经煅烧后的纳米 CeO2属于立方晶体结构。
【Abstract】 CeO2 nanoparticles were successfully prepared by a simple sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate (AOT)- octane-water(W/O) microemulsion system in this paper.The laser particle size analyzer,X-ray diffractometer(XRD), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) were used to characterize the structures of obtained samples.The mechanism on form of the CeO2 nanoparticles was studied.The results showed that the CeO2 nanoparticles obtained from the experiment have well-proportioned size distributions;the surfactant (AOT) molecule was adsorbed on the surface of CeO2 nanoparticles precursor,which is favorable for dispersing CeO2 nanoparticles;the CeO2 nanoparticles calcined was a crystal of the cubic structure.
