主动靶向5-氟尿嘧啶聚乳酸微球的研究

【摘要】 通过对5-Fu 聚乳酸载药微球接 PEI 进行表面胺解、接枝靶向基团 Folate 以及荧光物质 FITC,制备了靶向5-Fu 聚乳酸微球,并研究了微球的缓释性能、荧光效应和主动靶向性.结果表明,靶向5-Fu 聚乳酸微球具有良好的缓释性能,缓释时间可达到105h;未改性的载药微球对 Hela 细胞的抑制作用有限,无主动靶向性;改性的载药微球具有明显的荧光效应和良好的主动靶向性.
【Abstract】 Targeting 5-Fu loaded PLA microspheres were prepared by grafting PEI,Folate,and FITC.The properties such as sustained release,fluorescent effect and voluntary-target were studied.The results showed that the release time was extended to 105h with good sustained release property.The inhibitory effect and the voluntary-target capacity of unmodified drug-loaded microspheres were poor.However,the modified drug-loaded microspheres had superior fluorescent effect and voluntary-target capacity.
