【Abstract】 Calcium sulfate (CS),as a restore material,exists biocompatibility,biodegradability and osteoconduetivity.So the studies about using CS as repairing fillers for the treatment of bone defection are reported now and then.But the fabrication of CS porous scaffold has not been reported,so we use calcium sulfate as the basic material to fabricate CS porous scaffold as bone restore materials for tissue engineering,and study the structure and characteristics of the materials by X-ray diffraction and SEM. SCCS and GLCS series porous scaffolds are prepared by using particle-leaching technique.X-ray analysis indicates that the crystal patterns of the two sets of samples are similar,but SEM shows that the appearances of them are different.The CS crystals in SCCS series porous scaffolds are polygon,but that in the GLCS series porous scaffolds are needle shape.This leads to the differences in mechanical intensity and the absorption rates in vitro of these two series of CS scaffold.更多还原
