形成条件对氮化铁(γ′-Fe4N)微观结构及磁性的影响

【摘要】 提纯后的转炉烟尘通过还原、氮化处理生成氮化铁磁粉(γ′-Fe4N),用穆斯堡尔谱和 X 射线衍射 (XRD)对γ′-Fe4N 磁粉的微观结构进行了研究,并用振动样品磁强计(VSM)测量了样品的磁性,讨论了形成条件对γ′-Fe4N 结构与磁性的影响.
【Abstract】 The iron nitride magnetic powder γ’-Fe4N was prepared by means of the reducing and nitriding for purified converter sludge.The microstructure of γ’-Fe4N was checked by M(?)ssbauer spectroscopy(MS)and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The magnetic properties were measured by vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).In addition,the effect of forming conditions on the microstructure and magnetic property were initially discussed.
