【摘要】 研究了 La3+、Li3+取代对 CaTiO3微波介电性能的影响.在1400℃以下烧结制备 Ca1-xLa2x/3TiO3(简称 CLT)微波陶瓷,分析了容差因子 t 对谐振频率温度系数研的影响.在1350℃烧结4h,可制备出εr=118,τf= +2.95×10-4/℃,Q·f=10360GHz 的 CLT(x=0.4)微波陶瓷.以(1-y)Ca0.6La0.2667TiO3-yLi1/2Nd1/2TiO3为代表, 对(1-y)Ca1-xLa2x/3TiO-yLi1/2Nd1/2TiO3(简称 CLLNT) 系列材料的微波介电性能进行了探讨.随着烧结温度的提高,CLLNT(x=0.4)的εr 略有下降,而 Q·f 值略有上升.随着 y 值的增加,CLLNT(x=0.4)的εr、Q·f、τf 都下降.与 CLT(x=0.4)相比,虽然 CLLNT(x=0.4)的 Q·f 位下降了,但τf 得到较大的改善,同时εr 仍很高, 保持在100以上.

【Abstract】 The effects of La3+ and Li1+ substitutions on the microwave dielectric properties of CaTiO3 were studied.The Ca1-xLa2x/3TiO3 (CLT) ceramics were prepared at sintering temperatures below 1400℃.The relationship between the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency τf and the tolerance factor t was investigated.The CLT(x=0.4)ceramics sintered at 1350℃ for 4 h showed microwave properties with εr of 118,τf of +295ppm/℃ and Q·f of 10360 GHz.By using (l-y)Ca0.6La0.2667TiO3-yLi1/2Nd1/2TiO3 ceramics as examples,the microwave dielectric properties of (1-y) Ca1-xLa2x/3TiO3-yLi1/2Nd1/2TiO3 (defined as CLLNT) ceramics were studied.With the increasing of the sintering temperatures,the εr of CLLNT (x=0.4) ceramics decreased slightly,and the Q·f of which increased slightly.With the increasing of the y value,the εr,Q·f and τf of CLLNT (x=0.4) ceramics decreased.Compared with the CLT (x=0.4) ceramics,although the Q·f value of CLLNT(x=0.4) decreased,the properties of temperature stability have been improved,and the εr is still higher than 100.
