Ag包套法制备YBaCuO带材及其后处理研究
Preparation and post-treatment of YBaCuO tapes in Ag tube

【摘要】 采用粉末装管法(PIT)制备了 YBaCuO/Ag 包套复合带材.通过低氧分压熔融织构工艺降低 YBaCuO/Ag 带材的热处理温度至940℃,低于 Ag 的熔点961℃.YBaCuO/Ag 带材中氧化物芯在(001)方向稍有取向.在相同的热处理条件下,相对于溶胶凝胶法 (sol-gel)YBaCuO 粉末和固相反应法制备的150目 YBaCuO 粉末,固相反应法制备的250目(<40μm) YBaCuO 粉末填充的带材样品临界点流密度 J_c 值较大.超导带越薄,样品的临界电流密度越大,250目粉末装管的 YBaCuO/Ag 带材吸氧100h 后 J_c 值达2392.3A/cm~2.
【Abstract】 YBaCuO/Ag tapes were prepared by powder-in-tube(PIT)method.Melting-texture-growth(MTG)progress under low oxygen partial pressure lowered post-treatment temperature of YBaCuO/Ag tapes down to 940℃ which was below 961℃ the melting point of Ag avoiding Ag melting and sticking to furnace.There existed orientation of oxide core in YBaCuO/Ag tape in the direction of(001).Under the same treatment condition,tapes with YBa2Cu3O7-δpowder whose particle size was 250 mesh(<40μm)by solid reaction method possessed higher Jc value than those with size of 150 mesh by solid reaction method and tapes with sol-gel powder.Thinner tapes carried higher critical current density.The Jc value of the melting textured sample with 250 mesh powder in tube after 100h oxygenation reached 2392.3A/cm2(77K,OH).
