表面活性剂对ZnO纳米晶形貌的影响
Influence of surfactant on the morphology of ZnO nanocrystal

【摘要】 采用低温水热法,通过未添加表面活性剂、添加 CTAB 和添加 SDS 三种方式成功制备了各种 ZnO 纳米晶。利用 X 射线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱及扫描电镜(SEM)等测试手段对 ZnO 纳米晶的晶体结构和表面形貌进行了表征。结果表明,所有 ZnO 纳米晶均为高质量的六方纤锌矿结构,并呈现不同的形态,如花形、卷心菜形等。详细讨论了在不同表面活性剂水热生长的条件下,ZnO 纳米晶的生长机制。此外,对 ZnO 纳米晶的光致发光性能进行了测量, 发现所有产物均具有相似的光发射峰位。
【Abstract】 Large quantity and various ZnO nanocrystals were successively prepared at a low temperature by non-surfactant, CTAB-assisted and SDS-assisted hydrothermal growth.The crystalline structure and morphologies of the as-obtained products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),Raman spectroscopy,and scanning electron microscopy (SEM),respectively.The results of characterization indicated that all ZnO nanocrystals were high quality,hexagonal wurtzite single crystal,exhibiting different morphology,such as flower-like and cabbage-like nanostructures.The growth mechanisms of these ZnO nanostructures by different surfactants hydrothermal growth were discussed in detail.In addition,photoluminescence measurement of the ZnO nanocrystals was conducted and it showed that all products exhibited similar emission peaks.
