轻质、宽频二茂铁高分子磁性吸波剂的设计与研制

【摘要】 针对单一吸波材料吸收频段窄的问题,通过分子设计和性能剪裁新思路,将导电的共轭基团引入二茂铁高分子化舍物中,再使分子中共轭基团和金属离子M(Fe、Mn)配位,同时又使被配位的金属M和二茂铁中的铁间又有一定的电子离域,从而合成既含“磁性”基元的金属原子离域结构,又有“导电”基元的茂环和共轭取代基组成的大共轭体系的新一类高分子化合物。在此基础上,研制成在6.9GHz下最大反射衰减为-15dB,反射衰减≥-10B、频宽为4.2GHz的二茂铁高分子磁性吸波剂(OPA-M)。
【Abstract】 In view of existing problem of narrow absorption band of the wave-absorbing materials, the conjugated group having conductive function is introduced into ferrocene polymeric magnetic compound on the basis of molecular design and functional design thinking, so as to synthetize the substituted ferrocene containing conjugated group. Then the conjugated group in molecular is coordinated with another metallic atom M. In the meantime, there’s certain electron delocalization between the coordinated metallic atom M and the iron atom in the ferrocene. And therefore it has synthetized a new high molecular compound containing both metallic atom delocalization structure of "magnetic" group and the big conjugate system consisted of cyclopentadienide ring and conjugate substituent of the "conductive" group. On this bases, the ferrocenyl polymeric absorbents (OPA-M) were prepared with the largest reflective loss 15dB under 6. 9GHz and the frequency broad up to 4. 2GHz under reflective loss≥10dB.
