氮化富铁空心微珠电磁特性研究

【摘要】 对氮化富铁空心微珠电磁特性进行了研究。通过不同温度对富铁空心微珠氮化研究发现,1050℃氮化的富铁空心微珠不破裂,可保持其热绝缘性,其电磁参数得到明显改善,10mm厚在2-18GHz频率范围内大于-5dB的有效吸收频带宽度达到7.2GHz。对地面工事多谱伪装使用,是一种很有前途的吸收剂。
【Abstract】 The electromagnetic properties of iron nitride fly-ash hollow cenosphere in the frequency ranges 2-18 GHz were studied in this paper. A number of experiments show that the complex permittivity and permeability of iron nitride fly-ash hollow cenosphere at severial temperature is a kind of microwave absorbent,and fly-ash hollow cenosphere is stable. Findings show that the reflection loss band width of 60wt%. iron nitride fly-ash hollow cenosphere composite is 7.2GHz above 5dB.
