La3+掺杂CuZnCr铁氧体的制备及磁性能研究

【摘要】 用流变相反应法合成了La3+掺杂CuZnCr铁氧体的草酸盐前驱物,热分解前驱物制备了 Zn0.6Cu0.4Cr0.5LaxFe1.5-xO4{x=0.00,0.02,0.04,0.06)铁氧体粉末。用X射线衍射(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)以及阻抗-材料分析仪等表征了样品的结构、形貌和磁性能。实验结果表明,La3+掺杂铁氧体具有立方尖晶石结构,当La3+掺杂浓度x>0.04 时,样品中有少量LaFeO3杂相生成。La3+掺杂浓度对样品的磁性能参数影响较大,随着La3+掺杂浓度的增大,饱和磁化强度、剩余磁化强度和矫顽力逐渐减小。样品的磁谱属于共振型频谱,复数磁导率的实部和虚部值随着La3+掺杂浓度的增大而减小。

【Abstract】 La3+-doped CuZnCr ferrites with the formula Zn0.6Cu0.4Cr0.5LaxFe1.5-xO4 (x=0.00, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06) were prepared by thermolysising of oxalate precursors which were obtained by Theological phase reaction. The structure, morphology and magnetic properties of samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and impedance-material analyser. The results indicated that La-doped ferrites have the cubic spinel structure. When x is beyond 0.04, there is formation of the small amount of the secondary phase (LaFeO3). The La3+-doped concentration has an effect on the magnetic properties of samples, and the saturation magnetization, remanence and coercivity decrease with increasing the La3+ content. The magnetic spectra of samples is the resonance one, the values of real and imaginary part of complex permeability decrease with increasing the La3+ content.
