晶粒尺寸变化对FeCoB磁性纳米膜微波物性的影响

【摘要】 主要研究了Fe54Co23B23磁性纳米膜微结构变化对静磁和微波性能的影响。采用射频溅射的方法制备了200nm厚Fe54Co23B23纳米膜,并采用磁场退火的方式获得一系列晶粒尺寸不同,且具有单轴各向异性的纳米膜。静磁性能和微波性能测试的结果表明,纳米膜晶粒尺寸增大,将导致纳米膜样品内部局域各向异性弥散的增大,进而会增大纳米膜表观损耗线宽。
【Abstract】 The effects of microstructure on static magnetic properties and microwave properties of FeCoB nano-films were researched in the paper. The FeCoB nano-films were prepared by radio sputtering method, and as-disposition sampled were annealed with a series of temperatures in magnetic field. The nano-films with perfect uniaxial anisotropy and different crystalline size were achieved finally. The measurement results of static magnetism and microwave show that increase of nano-crystalline size will remarkably affected the microwave properties of nano-films. The damping line width will increased due to above reasons.
