具有交换偏置场的磁性薄膜的微波磁性质研究

【摘要】 主要研究了铁磁(FeNi)-反铁磁(NiO)层间交换耦合作用对纳米薄膜磁性和微波性能的影响。采用射频溅射的方法制备了具有铁磁.反铁磁交换偏置场的FeNi-NiO纳米膜。磁滞回线测量结果表明线铁磁- 反铁磁交换耦合作用会增大磁性薄膜的矫顽力,微波磁性测量结果表明交换偏置场相当于等效的外磁场作用, 导致了磁性薄膜的微波磁导率损耗峰向高频的移动和频带展宽。
【Abstract】 24nm permalloy thin films have been grown by sputter deposition with and without an 60 nm NiO exchange bias layer. The microwave permeability of these layers has been investigated in the 500 MHz-4 GHz range with a permeameter based on a micro strip cell, applying an external field along the easy axis. A comparison between the bias field deduced from vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM) measurements and a fit of the dynamic permeability spectra is made. Significant hysteretic effect on the microwave permeability of the biased sample is observed and modeled.
