磁性纳米膜微波磁谱的模拟计算和物性初步分析

【摘要】 采用Landau-Lifshitz-Gibert方程,以FeCoB 系列磁性纳米膜(厚度10-375nm)为例,利用其静磁参数模拟计算纳米膜微波磁谱,并得到了实验证实,同时开展磁性纳米膜的物性初步分析,为进一步深入研究创造有利条件。
【Abstract】 On the basis of Landau-Lifshitz-Gibert(LLG) equation, the permeability spectrum of FeCoB ferromagnetic nano-films which thickness is 10-375nm has been calculated theoretically by the magnetism parameters. The coherence has been proofed by experiments. The microwave characteristic of ferromagnetic nano-films has been analyzed also.
