微波辐射制备四针状氧化锌晶须及表征

【摘要】 研究了锌粉经过预处理,即浸渍、干燥,微波辐射预处理过的锌粉制备白色蓬松的四针状氧化锌晶须的工艺,并对微波辐射预处理锌粉制备四针状氧化锌晶须的机理进行了探讨。采用X衍射、扫描电镜和透射电镜分别对产物四针状氧化锌晶须的微观结构、颗粒和形态进行表征。结果表明,产物为立体四针状的单晶白色纤维,晶须结构完整,发育较好,纯度高。

【Abstract】 A technique on preparation of white fluffy tetrapod zinc oxide (T-ZnO) whiskers was investigated in this article. The processes of preparation were fellows as: zinc power impregnated, drying, and then microwave radiating pre-processed zinc power. The mechanism on preparation of tetrapod zinc oxide whiskers by microwave irradiation was explored. The microstructure, granularity and morphology of the product were characterized with the help of XRD, SEM and TEM. The results of analysis showed that the product was a solid four acicular single crystalline fibers with integrate structure of whiskers. Moreover, tetrapode zinc oxide whiskers was fully developed and purity of tetrapode zinc oxide whiskers was high.
