双负介质与等离子体覆盖导体柱宽带散射特性比较的分析

【摘要】 由双负介质的本构关系出发,推导了描述双负介质场与流的微分方程组,将其离散得到用于FDTD 计算的二维递推表达式。与文献结果对比以验证本文算法和程序的正确性。最后,计算了导体柱覆盖双负介质或等离子体时的电磁散射。计算表明:由于模拟的双负介质是匹配介质,其吸波性能要明显的优于等离子的, 适当选取双负介质参数,可以使双负介质包层能有效地减小目标的雷达回波。
【Abstract】 With double-negative metamaterials’ constructive relation, we deduce the differential equations that describe characters of electromagnetic wave in DNG. We obtain two-dimension DNG’s FDTD formulation by dispersing them. Method and program’s validity is proved by the reference’s result. Finally, EM scattering of metallic column covered by DNG or plasma is computed. Because of DNG’s impedance matched to the free space, its absorbing electromagnetic wave character is better than plasma. Object’s RCS can be effectively reduced by properly selecting DNG’s parameters.
