电子器件钎焊用不饱和氢化钛粉末的制备

【摘要】 为满足电子器件真空钎焊对不饱和氢化钛粉末的特殊要求,采用了不完全HD法,制备出了满足使用的不饱和氢化钛金属粉末。真空钎焊料中加入适量钛粉,是利用了钛粉与玻璃的良好润湿性能和焊接强化性能,而焊料中以不饱和氢化钛粉代替纯钛粉,能够取得更好的焊接效果。通常不饱和氢化钛的制备是由饱和氢化钛粉脱氢而来的,周期长,能耗很高。本文研究了氢化法(HD法)制备不饱和氢化钛粉的工艺, 通过氢化过程中温度、氢压力、氢化时间等因素的控制,制备出了满足电子器件钎焊用的不饱和氢化钛粉末。

【Abstract】 Powder metallurgy be used to produce Ti and its alloy,reduced the cost of its product. By which Ti powder or hydrogen ated Ti powder is the major material. If no-saturation hydrogen ated Ti powder can be using in the process instead of Ti powder or saturation hydrogen ated Ti powder,not only the cost of products can be greatly reduced but also the production cycle can be shortened. Generally,no-saturation hydrogen ated Ti powder are produced from saturation hydrogen ated Ti powder by de-hydrogen process. The technique also needs long time and largely cost. In this paper,a new technique of producing no-saturation hydrogen ated Ti powder be studied , during the course of hydrogen ,by means of controlling the temperature , hydrogen pressure and time,the no-saturation hydrogen ated Ti powder be produced successfully.
