TiO2纳米颗粒的制备和性能

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2纳米颗粒,利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究了活化温度对TiO2纳米颗粒结晶度及晶体结构的影响,利用TEM附带能谱对合成的纳米TiO2颗粒的成分进行了分析。结果表明在500℃活化温度下得到的TiO2纳米颗粒的晶体结构为锐钛矿型结构,Ti和O原子比接近2:1,统计分析表明500℃合成的纳米TiO2粒径大部分在20 -60nm之间,利用紫外-可见分光光度计对500℃下不同活化时间得到的TiO2颗粒进行紫外-可见光吸收光谱测试,结果表明活化5h的纳米TiO2吸光度较好。
【Abstract】 TiO2 nanometer sized particles (nanoparticles) were prepared with Sol-Gel method. Then, the authors used TEM (Transmission Electron Microscope) to find out how activation temperature can affect TiO2 nanoparticles’ crystallinity. With the help of the spectrometer that comes with the TEM, the components of TiO2 nanoparticles were analyzed. We found out that the crystal structures of the TiO2 nanoparticles prepared under the activation temperature of 500℃ featured anatase structure, where the ratio of Ti atoms to O atoms was 2:1. Statistic analysis showed that the diameters of TiO2 nanoparticles prepared under the activation temperature of 500℃ ranged from 20 to 60 nanometers. Lastly, with the help of UV-visible light spectrophotome ter, the authors studied the relationship between the activation duration and the absorhance of the 500℃ TiO2 nanoparticles at different activation durations. The results showed that that the TiO2 nanoparticles exhibited better absorbance after being activated for 5h.
