医用Ti-17Zr-18Nb合金显微组织和力学性能研究

【摘要】 研究了近β型Ti-17Zr-18Nb合金铸造、均匀化、固溶和时效处理过程中组织变化及处理后所得合金的力学性能。显微组织分析显示合金铸态组织为α’相和β相,均匀化后组织为针状α相和β相,固溶时效后所得组织为具有相同晶体学取向的片状α相。力学性能测试表明,所制备的Ti18Nb17Zr合金弹性模量接近于人骨模量,可满足人体植入要求。
【Abstract】 Microstructure and mechanical properties of metastable β type alloy Ti-17Zr-18Nb, which is cast and homogenized treatment, solution treatment followed by aging were studied. Microstructure analyses indicate that the microstructure of the alloy is α’ martensite and 0 phase in cast state; it is acicular a phase and f33 phase after homogenized treatment; while the solution and aging treatment lead to lamellar a phase with same crystal o rientation. The mechanical properties results show that the alloy has low elastic module, which approach to that of bone, and fit the implant or replacement.
