生物用形状记忆TiNbSn合金的研究
Study on microstructure and performances of bio-compatible shape memory TiNbSn alloy

【摘要】 制备不同成分的TiNbSn合金试块,分别测试了微观组织结构和力学性能。结果表明,TiNbSn合金在铸态,固溶淬火态和冷轧淬火态得到的主要相均为正交晶系NbTi4相,显微组织为孪晶马氏体;它们的硬度值(HV)分别为215,240和330;铸态试样的相变点,奥氏体转变开始温度(As)和终了温度(Af)分别为353和383K;马氏体转变开始温度(Ms)和终了温度(Mf)分别为353和333K。
【Abstract】 Bio-compatible shape memory TiNbSn alloy was prepared, of which microstructure and performances were investigated. Cast TiNbSn alloy were treated differently, samples included cast TiNbSn alloy were prepared for SEM, EDX, and digimatic micro-hardness instrument, and them test transformation temperature of cast sample by differential thermal analyzer. It is concluded that phase structures of cast TiNbSn alloys been treated differently and the cast, are main NbTi4 orthorhombic system, micro- structures are twin martensites. Hardness values of them, are 215, 239 and 333; transformation temperature of cast TiNbSn As, Af, Ms and Mf are 353K, 383K, 353K and 333K respectively.
