固相烧结温度选择与贮氢合金La0.67Mg0.33Ni2.5Co0.5微观组织结构和放电性能的研究

【摘要】 系统研究和分析了不同烧结温度对La0.67 Mg0.33Ni2.5Co0.5贮氢合金的微观组织结构、电化学放电性能及Mg含量的挥发损失问题。烧结温度在 1023K以下时,XRD分析结果显示,合金由LaNi2、 LaNi3、LaNi5三相组成,没有明显主相;SEM及EDS 分析结果表明,相边界为规则几何形状,相间存在明显成分差别。烧结温度在1123K以上时,XRD分析结果显示,合金由La2Ni7、LaNi3、LaNi5三相组成,La2Ni7 为主相。原子吸收光谱分析结果表明,烧结温度不超过1023K,Mg元素没有明显挥发损失;当烧结温度达 1123K,会引起Mg元素的明显挥发损失。合金放电能力随着烧结温度的变化,在1123K时达到最大的 361 mAh/g。
【Abstract】 In this paper, La0.67Mg0.33Ni2.5Co0.5 alloy was synthesized by sintering at different temperature. The effect of sintering temperature on the composition, the micro-structural and electrochemical properties of the alloy has been studied systematically. From the XRD and SEM and EDS analyses, it shows that the alloy is composed of the LaNi2, LaNi3 and LaNi5 phase and the border of the phase is regular form, when sintering temperature is under 1203K; and the alloy is composed of the La2Ni7、LaNi3、LaNi5 phase and the main phase is La2Ni7, when sintering temperature is over 1203K. From the AAS analysis, when sintering temperature is under 1203K, the amount of Mg of the alloy is stable, while sintering temperature is over 1203K, the amount of Mg of the alloy decreases obviously. The discharge capacity of the alloy varies with sintering temperature. Sintering temperature is from 873K to 1123K, the discharge capacity of the alloy increases from 303mAh/g to 361mAh/ g. While sintering temperature reach 1203K, the discharge capacity of the alloy decease to 308mAh/g.
