LiMn2O4材料的微波合成与表征
Microwave preparation and characterization of LiMn2O4 materials

【摘要】 采用LiOH·H2O(A.R.)、MnO2(A.R.) 和Co2O3(A.R.)为原料,微波法合成了锂离子电池正极材料LiMn2O4,考查了反应气氛、反应温度、保温时间和添加元素的影响;采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对产物的结构和微观形貌进行了分析。实验发现,在富氧气氛、850℃、保温3-4min的合成条件下,微波法合成的LiMn2O4纯度较高,杂质相少,晶粒大小均匀,形状规则,微观形貌好。
【Abstract】 LiOH ·H2O(A. R. ) ,MnO2(A. R. ) and Co2O3(A. R. ) as raw materials, battery cathode material LiMn2O4 was synthesized in microwave oven. The effects of the atmosphere, reaction temperature and holding time on LiMn2O4 materials were studied. The structure and microscopic appearance of LiMn2O4 were studied by XRD and SEM. It was found that the best synthesis condition was: oxygen-enriched air, 850℃ for 3-4min within certain power. The resultant under this condition has the best structure and capacity.
