料浆渗Al-Si涂层抗氧化性能研究

【摘要】 采用无机盐料浆法在K4104镍基高温合金表面制备Al-Si涂层。改变粘结剂CrO3的添加量得到了3 种不同成分的Al-Si涂层。用静态氧化增重法对3种 Al-Si涂层1000℃×200h的抗高温氧化性能进行研究, 及用Sirion扫描电镜(带能谱分析)对涂层氧化不同时间后的表面形貌和截面组织形态进行观察及分析。研究结果表明,3种Al-Si涂层在1000℃×200h均具有较好的抗高温氧化性能;添加少量CrO3的Al-Si涂层具有最佳的抗高温氧化性,其生成稳定的α-Al2O3氧化膜所需的时间最短,且氧化膜最致密。其在内层形成的富Si“隔层”有利于阻止Al元素和合金元素的互扩散。
【Abstract】 Al-Si coatings were prepared on superalloy K4104 by slurry process.Three kinds of Al-Si coatings with different content were formed by chang adding CO3 in the agglomenant.The high temperature performance of the three kinds of Al-Si coatings were studied by high temperature oxidation test at 1000℃ for 200h.Morphlogy and cross section morphlogy were studied by SEM and EDX. It is found that Al-Si coatings adding a little CO3 has the best oxidation resistant, its transformation from 0 -Al2O3 to α -Al2O3 is fastest,and it forms "obstacle" in inside layer which hider interdiffusion between Al and element of alloy.
