气氛热压烧结条件对压电陶瓷性能的影响

【摘要】 采用热压通氧烧结工艺制备水声换能器用的PLZT压电陶瓷材料,用SEM显微扫描镜观察了陶瓷晶粒生长发育的情况,用XRD测试了样品的相结构,表明用气氛热压烧结法制备的压电陶瓷在较宽的温度范围内都能得到纯钙钛矿相结构,测试了不同烧结温度条件下制备的压电陶瓷的介电性能,系统地研究了不同烧结温度对材料相结构、晶粒生长和性能的影响。
【Abstract】 Piezoelectric PLZT ceramics used in sonar system was prepared by hot-press technique in oxygen atmosphere. The microscopic figure PLZT samples was investigated by SEM. The structure of the sample was measured by XRD spectrum. The perovskite structure was achieved within a relatively wide sintering temperature region. The dielectric performance of the piezoelectric ceramics prepared by different sintering condition was characterized. The relationship between the structure, property and sintering temperature was discussed.
