施主掺杂的时机对BaTiO3基PTCR材料的组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 采用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜等方法研究了施主(Y2O3和La2O3)掺杂的时机对BaTiO3基 PTCR材料的组织和电性能的影响。研究结果表明: 选择不同的施主掺杂时机对BaTiO3基PTCR材料的结构没有影响;与预烧后掺入施主杂质相比,在预烧前掺入施主杂质有利于离子的扩散,同时粉末颗粒之间出现粘结现象;在相同的烧结工艺下,预烧前掺入施主杂质的样品的平均晶粒尺寸要比预烧后掺入施主杂质的样品的平均晶粒尺寸大;预烧前掺入施主杂质的样品的电阻率要比预烧后掺入施主杂质的样品的室温电阻率小。
【Abstract】 The Effects of doping turn on microstructure and properties of BaTiO3-based PTC materials were studied by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope analysis. The results show that the different doping turns of donor additive don’t change the crystal structure of BaTiO3-based PTC materials. Compared to doping turn after synthesizing BaTiO3 compounds, doping time before synthesizing BaTiO3 compounds is in favor of ion diffusion, at the same time some particles are connected with each other. At a given sintering procedure, mean grain size in samples at a doping time before synthesizing BaTiO3 compounds is bigger than that after synthesizing BaTiO3 compounds. However the resistivities of samples at a doping time before synthesizing BaTiO3 compounds are smaller than that after synthesizing BaTiO3 compounds.
