2-(2-羟基苯基)苯并噻唑铍的制备与性能研究

【摘要】 介绍了一种新型蓝光有机电致发光材料2- (2-羟基苯基)苯并噻唑铍(Be(BTZ)2)的制备方法,并通过红外光谱、元素分析、热重曲线、差热曲线、紫外- 可见光吸收光谱、循环伏安曲线、荧光激发光谱和光致发光光谱表征了Be(BTZ)2的结构与性能。实验结果表明:Be(BTZ)2的升华温度为317℃;在光致发光光谱中,Be(BTZ)2的最大发射峰波长为465nm,半高宽为48.9nm;Be(BTZ)2的最高占据轨道(HOMO)能级为-5.979eV,最低未占轨道(LUMO)能级为-2. 999eV,带宽为2.98eV。由以上可见Be(BTZ)2是一种性能优良的蓝光有机电致发光材料。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a new type of blue light emitting material benzothiazolate metal complex Bis-(2-(2-hydroxyphenyl) benzothiazolate)beryllium (Be(BTZ)2) was synthesized. The chemical structure and performance of Be(BTZ)2 were investigated by element analysis, FT-IR spectra, fluorescence excitation and fluorescence emission spectra, cyclic voltammetry and UV-vis absorption spectra; The results indicated that sublimation temperature of Be(BTZ)2 is 317℃ ; the maximum peak wavelength locates at 465nm and FWHM(Full Wave at Half Maximum ) is 48. 9nm in PL spectrum of Be(BTZ)2 powder. The HOMO energy, LUMO energy and optical gap are -5. 97eV, - 2. 99eV, 2. 98eV respectively. It is demonstrated that Be(BTZ)2 is a good blue light fluorescent material and expected to be applied in blue-light OLED by reasonable designing.
