Yb3+/Tm3+共掺玻璃陶瓷上转换发光

【摘要】 报道了一种新的上转换激光玻璃陶瓷材料, 基质为硅酸盐玻璃系统,添加氟化物以利于形成纳米晶。研究了Yb3+、Tm3+共掺玻璃陶瓷的发光性质,通过X射线衍射分析了玻璃陶瓷的结构性质,得出纳米晶尺寸分布为5-15nm。形成纳米晶可降低声子能量,敏化荆的加入是提高发光效率的重要途径。
【Abstract】 In this article a sort of new up-conversion laser glass ceramic material is reported. In this material the silicate glass system is used as the base glass, in which the fluoride is added in order to facilitate the formation of nanocrystal. The luminescence character of Yb3+ , Tm3+ doped glass ceramic is studied. The structure character of glass ceramic is analyzed by XRD pattern. It is concluded that the nanocrystal size is in 5-15nm, The nanocrystal formation decreases the phonon energy and the addition of sensitizer is an important way to increase the luminescence efficiency.
