丙烯脱乙烷塔出口组分的软测量

【摘要】 炼油生产中,丙稀脱乙烷塔的出口组分(即∑C2的浓度,设为V),是一项非常重要的参数。而目前常用的测量和控制方法,容易产生较大的滞后,因此选用基于BP的软测量技术。根据工艺要求,选择合适的辅助变量,对数据进行预处理,最后建立工程化的BP软测量模型。仿真结果表明基于BP的软测量建模方法能很好地估计塔底出口处∑C2的浓度,具有很好的泛化和回响能力,可以用来建立丙稀脱乙烷塔的出口组分软测量模型。
【Abstract】 The distillation column, which fractionates ethane from propylene, is an important part of the system for producing propylene. The parameter V (the concentration of ∑C2 ) is to be not more than 100 mg per m3.Nowadays, we usually measure the parameter by sampling it and then assying it. However, the traditional method could not control such parameter very exactly, and the way of sampling and assying costs too much. Consequently, in this paper, soft-sensor technique is applied to measure the parameter (V), instead of traditional methods. And one of the modeling methods, calld BP algorithm,is adopted to construct the soft sensor model. Simulated in computer, BP based soft sensor is able to estimate the bottom parameter V exactly in this industry system.
