【Abstract】 Based on the study how automatic test system to compiles test parameter of ICs, this paper presented a method of establishing test project description (TPD) file. The method aims at enhancing transparency, maintainability, reliability and test efficiency of automatic test system and reducing complexity of automatic test system.
