激光氮化改善取向硅钢性能的研究

【摘要】 本文采用激光氮化方法(LN方法)对取向硅钢表面进行氯化处理,研究了氮化处理对取向硅钢性能的影响.利用XPS方法及磁畴观测方法对处理后的样品进行了检测分析。结果表明:在一定的激光工艺条件下可实现硅钢表面激光氮化处理;氮化处理后,硅钢片的磁畴结构有所细化,从而降低了取向硅钢的铁损;同时取向硅钢的高温时效性有所提高。

【Abstract】 Nitridation treatment on the surface of grain oriented silicon steel has been achieved by laser nitridingmethod (LN method). The influences of nitridation treatment to properties of grain oriented silicon steel has beenstudied. After the nitridation treatment, the sample was tested with XPS method. Domain observation of the samplesbefore and after treatment has been done. The results show that laser nitridation can be achieved on the surface of grainoriented silicon steel by controlling laser parameters. After the treatment,domain structure grain oriented silicon steelwere refined and the loss can be decreased, at the same time, high temperature aging property has been developed.
