氯化天然橡胶裂解色谱—质谱研究

【摘要】 采用高分辨裂解气相色谱-质谱(HRPyGC-MS)对溶液法和胶乳法两种不同生产工艺制备的氯化天然橡胶的结构进行了分析研究.研究结果表明:溶液法和胶乳法两种工艺方法制备的CNR具有相同的主体结构,但精细结构有差异,胶乳法CNR的分子中含有少量的羧基和羧基结构;CNR分子链上环结构应为六元环结构;CNR的裂解温度以445℃最佳,在386~590℃的范围内都较理想,其裂解特征产物是环己烷同系物.
【Abstract】 The structures of the chlorinated natural rubbers (CNR) prepared from two different processes were studiedby using High Resolution Pyrolysis Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (HRPyGC-MS). The results indicatethat the fine structures of CNRs prepared from "latex" and "solution" processes are different while their intrinsictrictures are similar The molecule of CNR from "latex". process contains a few carboxyl and carbonyl groupsattaching on the molecular chains. The optimum pyrolysis temperature for CNR is 450℃, with an available scope from386℃ to 590℃. The characteristic pyrolysis products are cyclohexane homologues.
