聚二甲基甲基苯基硅烷的合成及机理研究

【摘要】 以二氯硅烷为原料,通过Wurtz还原反应合成出聚二甲基甲基苯基硅烷共聚物.考察了影响反应的多种因素;利用UV、FT-IR初步确定了产品的结构和组成.结果表明:合成时在原料经过精制、添加适量的螯合剂和催化剂的条件下,产品中高聚物的含量明显增多,产率大幅提高,达67%.在此基础上对反应机理进行了讨论.
【Abstract】 Using dichlorosilanes as reactants, Copolydimethyl-methylphsilanes was synthesized by wurtz couplingreaction. The effecting factors of the reaction were investigated; The structure and composition of this copolymers wasdetermined by UV. FT-IR. The results showed that the proportion of high-polymers was increased and the yield of theproduct were raised to 67% under the conditions of purified materials, chelatant and using FeCl2 as catalyst. Based onthis, the reaction mechanism was discussed.
