模拟混凝土孔隙液中钢筋表面微观形貌的AFM研究

【摘要】 本文应用原子力显微镜(AFM)观察钢筋在不同pH和Cl~-含量的模拟混凝土孔隙液中形成的表面微观形貌,并与电化学测试结果进行比较.结果表明,在纯模拟混凝土孔隙液中,钢筋表面形成的钝化膜较为致密完整,缺陷少,钢筋处于钝态.当模拟液含3.5%NaCl、pH降为11.0时,钢筋的钝性被破坏,表面变粗糙,出现点蚀;加入复合缓蚀剂后,又可使钢筋表面形成钝化膜,恢复钝态,提高耐蚀性.
【Abstract】 Atomic Force Microscopy and electrochemical techniques were used to study the surface of the reinforcingsteel in simulated concrete solutions in order to illustrate the relationship between the corrosion behavior and thesuface topography of the steel and evaluate the effects of LD-1 compound inhibitor on the corrosion resitance ofreinforcing steel. The results show the reinforcing steel was prevented from corrosion by the formation of a passivefilm in the pure saturated Ca(OH)2 solution. However, steel passivity was broken and the surface of steel become roughwhen 3.5% NaCl was added to the solution and pH was reduced to 11.0. The defects on the surface of the steel werereduced by 25g/L compound inhibitor to the solution, and the surface become homogeneous for the passive filmoccurring on it.
