锂对工业纯铜电子价态的影响

【摘要】 微量锂略微提高纯铜的电阻率,且电阻率随铜中锂残留量的增加而缓慢增加。这是由于:虽然锂的除气去杂作用能降低铜的电阻率,但锂固溶于铜中,导致纯铜晶格畸变,这种由畸变造成的弹性应变区引起电子散射,同时锂的加入增大了纯铜表层电子结合能,从而大大增加铜的电阻率,因此从整体上表现为纯铜电阻率的增加。
【Abstract】 Trace lithium added in melting copper liquid increased copper’s resistance slightly The resistance increasedgradually with the residual lithium content increasing. This is because that lithium atom solutes in copper lattice,leading to copper’s crystal deformation. The deformation makes electron diffuse reflection, thus the copper’s resistanceincreased sharply At the same time, lithium increased the binding energy of copper’s surface electrons, this also leadedto the increase of copper’s resistance. However, lithium has good effect on copper’s purification such as desulfurizationand deoxidization, thus it can decrease copper’s resistance. So copper’s resistance increased slightly because of theseeffects.
