磺化聚苯胺和刚果红自组装薄膜的研究

【摘要】 利用静电自组装技术制备了聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵/磺化聚苯胺、聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵/刚果红的复合薄膜,采用紫外-可见光吸收光谱对薄膜进行了表征,研究了薄膜在不同pH值条件下的光吸收行为.磺化聚苯胺、刚果红均能自组装成多层薄膜,薄膜在特定波长下的光吸收强度在较宽的pH范围内呈现出明显的变化。研究表明,利用静电自组装技术能方便地在光纤等特殊形状的基底上制备磺化聚苯胺、刚果红薄膜,这为研制用于酸性气体监测或溶液pH值测定的光纤传感器提供了可能.
【Abstract】 Multilayer thin films of sulfonated polyaniline (SPAN)- and Congo Red (CR)-[poly (diallyldimethy-lammonium) chloride] (PDDA) were prepared via the electrostatic self-assembly technique and characterized by UV-vis spectroscopy The optical properties of the thin films treated with aqueous solutions of different pH levels wereinvestigated. Both SPAN and CR can be easily self assembled with PDDA into multilayer thin films. The opticalabsorbance at given wavelengths of the thin films exhibits pronounced changes as the pH changes. The results of thiswork suggest that fiber optic sensors for air monitoring and pH detection can be developed from the self-assembledSPAN- and CR-hased thin films
