纳滤膜在活性黄制备中的应用研究

【摘要】 本文对活性黄3BF染料进行了纳滤中试试验.结果表明,利用合适的纳滤膜对该染料进行脱盐浓缩是可行的.本方法不仅可以大大降低染料合成浆液中的盐含量,并可对染料进行3倍左右浓缩,使染料的着色强度和固含量明显提高,改善其品质.该试验也为纳滤过程实用化提供了参考和借鉴.
【Abstract】 The application of nanofiltration in the pilot-scale preparation of reactive yellow 3BF was studied in thispaper. The result demonstrated the feasible application of appropriate nanofiltration membrane to desalt andconcentrate the dyestuff The nanofiltration greatly reduced the inorganic salt content in the raw synthetic dyesolution, as well as increasing the concentration up to about 3 times, resulting improved dye strength and the content ofthe product dye.
