纳米金刚石膜场发射性质的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了纳米金刚石膜场发射的性质。纳米金刚石膜是利用热灯丝CVD法在Mo衬底上形成的.实验结果表明与多晶金刚石膜比较,纳米金刚石膜的场发射性质有了极大的改善.文中还对实验结果进行了讨论.
【Abstract】 In this paper, the properties of the field emission from nanocrystalline diamond films were investigated.Nanocrystalline diamond films were deposited on molybdenum by hot filament chemical vapor deposition. Theexperimental results showed the field emission properties of nanocrystalline diamond films were greatly improved ascompared with that of polycrystalline diamond films. The results obtained were also discussed.
