纳米晶Pb1-xLaxTiO3薄膜的低温制备与光电性能研究

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法和提拉法在ITO导电玻璃衬底上制备了Pb1-XLaXTiO3薄膜材料,利用XRD、SEM、UV-VR、表面光电压等现代分析测试手段对所制备薄膜材料的结构和光电性能进行了研究,并对薄膜材料的低温制备机理进行了讨论.
【Abstract】 Nanocrystalline thin film of Pb1-xLaxTiO3 was prepared by employing ITO conducting glass as substrate, inwhich sol-gel process and pulling method is utilized. Its structure and photoelectric properties were investigated by themodern analysis method such as XRD, AFM, SEM, UV-VR and surface photovoltage measurement. The low-temperature synthesis mechanism was briefly discussed.
